Italian Americans are proud, respectful and productive members of our great city and state. Our contributions to America, Illinois and Chicago are too numerous to list. The Chicagoland Italian American Voting Coalition was formed by members of the Italian American community to unite us in electing politicians that support the values and interests of our community. The actions of certain politicians in recent years have severely undermined the values and traditions our ancestors sacrificed to establish within America. We must make our voices heard by voting for those who will respect us and allow our children to enjoy the same American dream our parents struggled to achieve.
Through this website, we will provide the names of politicians who have indicated their support for our community. We have identified certain policies that we believe best represent the majority of Italian Americans within the Chicagoland area. Not all political topics are listed, only those that impact the everyday lives of everyday Italia Americans. The names listed do not represent a political endorsement by any other Italian American organization.
